The restaurant, known for serving local dishes, was a haven for food enthusiasts like me.One morning, as I sauntered into the dining area, I was greeted by a delightful spread of buffet breakfast options. The aroma of freshly baked bread and local cheeses filled the air, setting the stage for a delightful gastronomic experience. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to find a plethora of plant-based delights, from fresh fruits to homemade muesli.In the evening, I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant overlooking the majestic mountains and Lake Thun. The menu showcased innovative dishes that highlighted the region's flavors. Each bite was a harmonious blend of tradition and creativity, leaving me craving for more.After dinner, I savored a drink at the cozy snack bar, basking in the warm ambiance and relishing the day's culinary discoveries.
